Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not, you have the right to cancel and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Once you tell us you’d like to return something, you then have another 14 days to send it back.
Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must contact us first and provide:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
All returns must be authorised before being sent back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
A £2.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom orders and custom-designed items are not accepted for returns or exchanges. This includes any personalised or custom design products.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 4 working days for processing. During sale periods, processing may take up to 7 working days.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Extended Returns (Seasonal)
We want you to love your order — but if it’s not quite right, no problem!
For orders placed between 31st October and 24th December, you’ll have until 31st December to register your return for a refund or exchange.
Orders placed after 24th December will fall under our standard returns policy.
If you’d like to exchange an item, you’ll have a little extra time — until 18th January — to register your return.
