Exchange Policy
We want to make exchanges as simple and fair as possible. Please read the details below to see if your item qualifies.
What Can Be Exchanged
Exchanges are only available for washed style t-shirts.
We do not offer exchanges for:
Plain style clothing (non-washed style)
Custom design clothing
Same Design Only
All exchanges must be for the same design that was originally purchased.
We’re unable to exchange items for a different design or product.
Size exchanges may be accepted (subject to availability), as long as the design stays the same.
Item Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
With original tags and packaging
Items that show signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.
Return Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item being exchanged.
You may use any UK shipping company of your choice that you trust to deliver the item safely and reliably. We strongly recommend using a signed-for or tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us before sending anything back and include:
Your order number
The item you’d like to exchange
The reason for the exchange
The size you’d like (if applicable)
If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.
Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss the next best option.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out for you.
